Jordan Zoot has been in professional practice for thirty years. He has a B.S. Accountancy and MCS Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana and an MPA in Taxation from the University of Texas-Austin. Prior to establishing his own practice in 1998 which is forerunner of NADROJ Consulting, Inc, Jordan was an SC Tax Partner with Arthur Andersen LLP. Jordan has extensive experience in:

- Transactional tax practice in all phases of project life cycle for real estate, project finance, distressed debt obligation [particularly      real estate backed instruments]
- inter-generational transfer of assets, such as real estate and closely-held operating businesses
- Partnership and real estate taxation, IRS Controversy, and bankruptcy tax issues
- Certification as an administrator, implemenation consultant, and developer on the salesforce.com and Force.com platforms

Certified Pro Advisor for Intuit QuickBooks since the inception of the program in 1999.
