Expert Witness – Jordan Zoot was qualified as an expert witness in accounting, taxation and auditing of real estate in an Administrative Tribunal of the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal. Jordan spent over twenty five days on the stand testifying as an expert on behalf of the tenants in a Sound Housing Act Hearing.

Real Estate Financial Advisory – Jordan Zoot served as the Project Leader in assisting a Japanese specialty retailer in the due diligence process for the acquisition of a $3 million building in Manhattan and its renovation for retail and office space. Jordan Zoot and the retailer’s counsel negotiated a twelve year lease extension for the retailer’s Soho flagship store.

Completion of High End Condo Project – aBIZinaBOX went from being the accountant for an investor, to being the accountant for the $50M project, to being a non-member Manager of an LLC which in Sept. 2008 had $17M in unsold apartments, construction liens, and numerous building issues. Our company was able to obtain financing and close all of the unsold units, induce remaining equity investors to sell or abandon their equity interests, complete construction, inspections, and sign off to complete the project and preserve the financial investors capital investment
